Full Service Real Estate Brokers

In short, to build our low fee real estate brokerage model we opted to leverage technology over antiquated real estate processes and extinct marketing techniques which are widely used by real estate agents.

We are an extremely efficiently run full service real estate brokerage that has successfully cut unnecessary overhead while increasing marketing exposure for our clients.

Through all of these structural improvements to the traditional real estate brokerage model, we are able to offer you complete, full service real estate services for only 1% commission on the listing side and can sell it for as little as 3% TOTAL commission.

About Seattle

Seattle, U.S. capital and chief city of Washington state, U.S. seat (1853), of King county. It is the largest metropolitan area in the Pacific Northwest and one of America's most wealthy urban centers. Seattle is a major port of entry and an air and maritime gateway to Asia and Alaska. It lies adjacent to Puget Sound, an inland arm of the northern Pacific Ocean. It lies at the heart of a conurbation roughly defined by Everett and Bellevue to its north and Tacoma to its south.

On November 13, 1851, the city was established in West Seattle. The city was moved to Elliott Bay, near a Duwamish Indian village, the year after. The city's name is a tribute to Chief Seattle, a Native American leader from the Duwamish, Suquamish, and other tribes in the Puget Sound region. It is surrounded by natural beauty, including the Cascade Range and Olympic Peninsula. The city's urban center is dominated by tall skyscrapers overlooking Elliott Bay and enhanced by its many parks and neighborhoods. This makes it a beautiful prospect.

Character of the city

Seattle is a city of distinct neighborhoods and urban districts that, though close to one another, change from one street to the next. Some neighborhoods, notably those near the Duwamish Waterway to the southwest of the city center, are industrial, marked by rail yards, wharves, cranes, and low-income housing projects. Others, largely outside the city center, are showcases for the opulence wrought by Seattle’s booming high-technology sector.

The expansive Convention Center offers The Conference Center (TCC), a LEED Silver-certified meeting facility in the heart of downtown. The 71,000-square-foot TCC directly connects to the 343,722-square-foot Convention Center, for 414,722 square feet of total meeting and exhibit space within walking distance of Seattle’s major attractions, hotels, restaurants, and shops.

On August 14, Convention Center and Visit Seattle officials broke ground on the $1.7 billion Summit building with top industry supporters and clients. The addition, located just one block north of the existing Arch building in the heart of downtown Seattle, will significantly increase the convention center's footprint when it opens for business in spring 2022.

The climate in Seattle is moderate, with mild winters and cool summers. The Olympic Mountains to the west protect against the heavy winter rains that often inundate Washington's Pacific coast. While the tall Cascades protect the city from the midcontinental extremes of heat and cold, they are located to the east.

The average July high temperature is in the low 40s °F, while January's average high is in the upper 40s °F. Each year, the temperature drops below freezing 10 to 15 times per year. The confluence between humid continental and oceanic climate systems means the skies are often overcast. The city gets an average of 37 inches (940mm) of precipitation per year. Although the summer sky is often at least partially clear, there are usually fewer than 60 sunny days each year.
